As all of you know, I have been investing in Real Estate for almost thirty years, and in this thirty years, this is one of the best news I have heard for a long time and maybe in my entire career.
It is a common knowledge that Amazon is looking to build a second headquarters and they were initially looking at more than two hundred cities but they have now narrowed it down to twenty cities and Atlanta is one of them. On top of that, the rent magazine recently published an article on how they think that Atlanta is the number one most likely place to get the new Amazon headquarters. It is good news for the people that are investing in Real Estate and if you are currently not investing in Real Estate, you should because it makes a lot of sense from many different perspectives.
Firstly, Atlanta, Georgia is known for being tax-friendly which in turn serve as an encouragement for investors to establish their businesses, offices and head offices here. And it is the reason why Atlanta is the head office to Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, General Broadcasting, Home Depot, and many more companies that are having their businesses here. Not only that but also a home to United Parcel Service, the busiest airport on the planet, Hatfield-Jackson Airport, so it makes sense logistically. There are lots of reason to suspect that Atlanta is going to get the second Amazon headquarters. We have been promoting Atlanta for years as many of you know that I have been investing here for more than seven years and I love it.
