Hey everyone! Mike Wolf is, here again, the founder of mikewolfmastery.com. Today, I’m in Eastern Europe, Tallinn, Estonia to be precise. The question that people ask me on a regular basis is that “is it possible to become a millionaire from real estate?” The answer is capital yes, it is possible. A lot of the wealthiest people on the planet today have become wealthy either from real estate or they later invested in real estate to keep their wealth. However, a more significant question is, how can I create a lifestyle of freedom? That’s a way better question than how can I become a millionaire.

The reason is that I know a lot of millionaires that are miserable. They work; they’re workaholics and slaves to their business. I know real estate investors that work 24 hours a day, and I can relate to that because that used to be me. Not that many years ago, I was a workaholic real estate investor, where I’d be looking for deals, managing my properties as well as finding buyers and sellers. Though I have lots of money doing all that, I had no life and I didn’t really have a whole lot of happiness.

The most important thing isn’t about having million dollars in your bank. Million dollars can come and go, but the best thing to create is a consistent cash flow. You want that cash flow to exceed your monthly expenses. For instance, If I knew for the rest of my life that my expenses would be $8000 on a monthly basis, I’d have $10,000 showing up in my bank account at the end of the every month magically, because that is a much safer bet than having a certain amount of money in your bank.

That certain amount of money doesn’t really get you your freedom. That money will eventually run out since it will continue to disappear from your bank account as you spend it. You want that money to keep being replenished on autopilot. And the best way to do it that I know of is real estate, that is, creating a passive income instead of trading your time for money. Let your money work for you by creating this cash flow.
